How Are Fees Calculated?

Trading fees on Roxom vary depending on the type of order you place. There are two types of fees:

  • Maker Fee: 0.2%

This fee applies when you place a market order that does not execute immediately and remains in the order book, adding liquidity to the market.

  • Taker Fee: 0.4%

This fee applies when you place a limit order that executes instantly by matching with an existing order in the order book, removing liquidity from the market.

Why Are Fees Included in Paper Trading?

Including fees in Paper Trading trades provides a realistic preview of how trading costs may affect profitability. This helps users develop strategies that take fees into account, preparing them for the real-world conditions they will encounter when Roxom goes live.

Where Can I View My Fees?

After each trade, the fee is displayed in the transaction summary, giving users a clear view of how fees apply to their demo trades.
