Proof of Address: What Is Accepted and How to Submit It

As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we may ask you to provide a proof of residential address. This helps us ensure compliance with international regulations and verify that your account details are accurate.


What documents are accepted?

Your proof of address must clearly show your full name, residential address, and the issue date. We accept the following types of documents:

  • Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet, or landline phone) β€” issued within the last 3 months

  • Bank or credit card statement β€” issued within the last 3 months

  • Rental agreement or lease contract β€” signed and dated


Document guidelines:

  • πŸ•’ The document must be recent (within the last 3 months, unless it's a long-term rental contract).

  • πŸ‘οΈ All details must be clearly visible (no blurriness, glare, or cropped sections).

  • πŸ“ Accepted file formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC, WEBP, or PDF (maximum 50 MB).

  • πŸ“Œ Only one document is required for proof of address.


How to submit it:

  1. Take a clear photo or upload a scanned copy of your document.

  2. Ensure the document shows your full name, address, and issue date.

  3. Upload the file via the Upload file section in the KYC flow.
