How to Disable Your Roxom Account

Updated this week

If you no longer wish to use Roxom, you can request to disable your account β€” this process fully stops access, activity, and usage of your account.

While this is not a permanent deletion, it is the closest equivalent to closing your account, and is the recommended path for users who want to step away from the platform.

πŸ”’ What happens when your account is disabled?

Once disabled:

  • You will no longer be able to trade, deposit, withdraw, or interact with the platform

  • You can still log in β€” but will only see a screen informing you that your account is disabled

  • The only action available is to chat with Roxy to request reactivation

πŸ“ How to disable your account

  1. Go to Account > Security

  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Disable Account

  3. Make sure that:

    • You have no pending cash-ins

    • You have no open positions or orders

    • Your account balance is zero

  4. Confirm and click Continue with Roxy β€” our assistant will guide you through the final steps

🧠 Can I reactivate my account later?

Yes. You can request reactivation at any time by chatting with Roxy. Your identity will be verified, and access to your account will be restored.

βš–οΈ Why disable instead of delete?

At Roxom, we're required to keep certain user data for up to 15 years β€” even if you stop using the platform. This is a legal obligation we can't override.

Since your data must remain stored, we also keep the door open in case you decide to return.

Disabling your account stops all activity and access, but makes it possible to reactivate it later if you change your mind.

Stay safe β€” a quick reminder

At Roxom, your security is our top priority. Please remember:

  • πŸ”’ Never share your login codes or security credentials with anyone

  • πŸ—£οΈ Roxom will never ask for your Passkey, Authenticator App code, or email OTP

  • πŸ“’ The only official channels to manage your account are:

If you ever receive a suspicious message or have doubts, contact us directly through these channels.

If you still have questions or concerns, just open a chat with Roxy, and we’ll help you through it.
