How to Log In to Your Roxom Account

At Roxom, logging in is secure and flexible. Whether you created your account with Google or email, and no matter what security methods you’ve added, we’ll guide you through the right flow.

🧭 Step 1: Go to the Log In page

Click the button below to open the login screen:

Or visit roxom.com and click Log In in the top-right corner.

✉️ Step 2: Choose how to log in

You’ll see two options:

  • Continue with my email:
    Enter your email address and verify with the code we send you (OTP), unless stronger methods are active.

  • Log in with Google:
    Select your Google account and complete login with any additional security required.


🔐 Security methods: What will Roxom ask for?

After entering your email (or selecting Google), Roxom will prompt you to authenticate using the strongest method you have configured.

✅ You have Passkey enabled

Roxom will request your Passkey first — it’s the fastest and most secure way to log in.

If you don’t have access to your Passkey at that moment:

  • You can log in using your Authenticator App (e.g., Google Authenticator or Authy) + an OTP sent to your email — if you’ve configured it in advance

  • If Passkey is your only method, email alone won’t be enough — you’ll need to contact support to recover access

🔁 Roxom always prioritizes the strongest method you have, but fallback options only work if they’re already set up.

🔐 You have an Authenticator App (but no Passkey)

You’ll be asked to:

  1. Verify with an OTP sent to your email or continue with Google

  2. Then enter the 6-digit code from your Authenticator App

✉️ You have no extra security methods yet

If you created your account with:

  • Email → You’ll log in using a 6-digit OTP sent to your inbox

  • Google Sign-In → You’ll log in directly with your Google account (no OTP required)

That’s all — but keep in mind:

⚠️ To trade or withdraw, you’ll need to add at least one additional security method (like Passkey or Authenticator App).
