Depositing BTC into Roxom is fast and secure. This guide will walk you through the steps, requirements, and important tips to make sure your funds arrive safely.
✅ Before you begin
To access your deposit address, your account must be verified.
If your Account Verification (KYC) is still pending, you won’t be able to make deposits yet.
🚀 How to start a deposit
You can begin a deposit from two places:
From the Assets menu (top-right) → click Deposit
From your Funding Account → click the Deposit button
Both options will take you to the Deposit Crypto screen.

On the Deposit Crypto screen:
Select Coin
BTC is the only available coin for deposits at this time.
Select Network
The network is fixed to Bitcoin (BTC) and cannot be changed.
Confirm deposit details
You’ll see your personal BTC deposit address and QR code.

⚠️ Important — Supported Network
Roxom only accepts BTC deposits over the native Bitcoin network.

BEP-20 (Binance Smart Chain)
ERC-20 (Ethereum)
Lightning Network
Polygon or other Layer 2s
Deposits made through the incorrect network or involving unsupported assets may result in the permanent loss of funds, and Roxom will not be able to recover them.
💸 Are there any deposit fees?
Roxom does not charge any fees for BTC deposits.
However, your wallet or exchange may charge a network fee when sending the transaction. This fee is not collected by Roxom.
⏱ When will my deposit be available?
As soon as Roxom detects the transaction in the Bitcoin mempool, it will show as Pending in the Recent Deposits section.
ℹ️ Your BTC will only be available to use once the transaction reaches 3 confirmations on the blockchain.
Until then, it will be visible but not tradable or withdrawable.
⏳ Confirmation times depend on how busy the Bitcoin network is.
It usually takes between 30 minutes and 1 hour, but may take longer during periods of high congestion.

Roxom monitors all incoming deposits under strict anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
