Account Restrictions: What You Need to Know

Updated over 2 weeks ago

At Roxom, your security is our top priority. To maintain a safe and compliant trading environment, we occasionally need to verify account activity. When this happens, your account may be temporarily restricted until the review is completed.

Why is my account restricted?

Our systems continuously monitor for unusual or potentially high-risk activity. If something is flagged, we may request additional documentation to confirm that everything is in order.

This is a standard security process and does not necessarily mean you've done anything wrong.

What do I need to do?

  1. Check your email: We’ve sent you a message with instructions on what documents are needed.

  2. Respond promptly: You must send the requested documentation within 10 days.

  3. Reminder: If we don’t receive a response after 5 days, we’ll send you a follow-up email.

What happens if I don’t respond?

If we don’t receive the requested information within the 10-day period:

  • Your account may be permanently closed.

  • Any open positions may be liquidated.

  • In some cases, you may lose access to your funds.

These actions are final and cannot be reversed.

Need help?

If you didn’t receive the email or have questions about the documentation, reach out to our support team at [email protected]. We’re here to assist you through the process.

⚠️ Important: This process is time-sensitive. To avoid permanent restrictions, make sure to reply to the email we sent with the requested documents.
