What is the withdrawal limit in Roxom?

Updated this week

To keep your account secure, Roxom applies a daily withdrawal limit for Bitcoin (BTC). This article explains how it works, when it resets, and how to request a temporary increase if needed.

💰 Daily withdrawal limit

Roxom applies a daily withdrawal limit to help protect your account and comply with international regulations.

  • For individual users, the limit is 5 BTC per day.

  • For institutional accounts, the limit is 20 BTC per day.

This applies to all withdrawals made from your Funding Account to an external wallet.

📊 How to read your withdrawal limit

When you open the Withdraw Crypto screen, you’ll see a panel labeled Daily Withdrawal Limit on the right.

This shows:

  • Your remaining limit for the current day

  • Your total daily limit

  • A progress bar that changes color based on how much you've used

Here’s how to interpret it:

Color

🟩 Green

🟨 Yellow

🧾 Can I increase my withdrawal limit?

Yes — you can request a temporary increase, but only if your BTC balance exceeds your current daily limit.

  • If you have a personal account and hold 5 BTC or more, you’ll be able to request a temporary increase.

  • If you have an institutional account and hold 20 BTC or more, you’ll also be eligible to request a higher limit.

🤖 How the request process works

Clicking the button opens a modal. If your balance is eligible, you'll see the option to Chat with Roxy, our AI agent.

Roxy will:

  1. Ask you to confirm your request.

  2. Ask for supporting information (such as proof of funds or income).

  3. Create a support ticket so our team can review and increase your limit as soon as possible.

⚠️ If your BTC balance is below your current daily limit (5 BTC or 20 BTC depending on your account type), the option to proceed will be disabled.
